Ethan and Rhys Moore attended Rivernook’s WA50 and H2H on Saturday. Rhys finished the morning with a good score being ranked 5th overall in the qualifying round. The afternoon was the H2H, Ethan was knocked out in the close match in the 1/16th round, losing by just 1 point. Rhys shot well to get to the bronze medal match and unfortunately finished 4th.
The Sunday was the Surrey Champs (WA1440). Weather was less than pleasant with plenty of rain in the morning. Despite this, Rhys opened strong and recorded PB scores at the morning distances. Ethan had a successful afternoon which meant he recorded his second record status bowman score of the season. Rhys continued to shoot well through the shorter distances to see him record his second record status master bowman score this season.
